People don’t care what you think your energetic work is worth.

They don’t care that you feel disrespected, anxious, or tired as hell.

They care about that it is worth to them.

Besides selling your energy is not what they need.

My energy work clients will tell you I tell them all the time “stop selling your energy” and they are happier for it.

Coaches.
Healers.
Energy workers.

Hear this and seal it in: if you disrespect your energy, they have no reason to respect it.

When you love what you do, you’ll take off from you own high profit business to be in service for others.

CEOs sit on numerous boards and are never questioned. Yet, the number of times people were shocked that I serve in other coaching programs... is always baffling to me. I heard all this and more when I announced I no longer wanted to be a sales funnel strategist in 2019.

These expectations didn’t bother me tho because I already had made a shift to what I wanted to do, how I wanted to do it, and I was aligned with the vision.

The cultural agreements around doing what is expected of us will keep you stuck, stagnant, and wondering when will get better.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It doesn’t (as long as you use their expectations as your guiding light).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I even had a coach say they no longer wanted to work with me because I was giving up.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There is a difference between “not stepping out of your comfort zone” and “not being aligned”. I realized for me the difference is joy. If I’m not joyous about doing the work, something is out of alignment. Even when I’m doing something hard, I find joy in doing the work when it’s outside my comfort zone.

Find your grounding point. Anchor it in. It makes all the difference.

The “coaching thot trap” is killing your busin

The “coaching thot trap” is killing your business and your ability to manifest.

Sure you know that the universe is filled with infinite possibilities, and you believe you are always taken care of...

but because money is slow to trickle in you spend more time trying to get new clients than actually serving those you have, and building long-lasting relationships.

You are out here thotting your way thru your business. Trying everything and anything you can think of to gain visibility and convince them to buy from you.

“I just need receipts.” Well, receipts come for service and transformation, not sales and marketing.

Sales and marketing will get you seen, but it won’t keep them around.

It’s time to stop winging it.

You need a clear plan for what to say and do to deliver the transformation your clients hire you for.

According to the International Coaching Federation, the average coach makes between $200-$300 an hour.

The average annual income (not revenue) is between $62,000-$92,000 a year.

The majority never break six-figures and we know this to be true. Most Americans make less than $50,000 a year. 🥺

So how does a coach actually crosses six-figures?

Let me first say this - it’s MFn easy but it can be done with ease.

I rarely use the money goal in my marketing. It’s kinda a turnoff to me. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Here’s the thing and I say this with honesty, sales and marketing alone does not grow a coaching or healing business.

Our growth happens with mastering the art of coaching and creating long lasting relationships with clients. 😇

Most coaches and healers are so busy scambling for clients, making it hard for them to grow relationships.

And I’m going to also say this, a lot of you say that most marketing is misleading - yet you aren’t turned on by the truth.

And here’s why, no one likes their truth revealed.

You cannot have it both ways AND say you want to grow.

You have to be willing to do something differently.

You have to shift into a growth mindset.

You have to release the idea that you can have clients do work on themselves, that you will not do on yourself.

This was a hard pill for me to swallow.

I was really disgusted with me.

I had...

No time for my spiritual practice.
No time for doing what I love.
No time for honoring my unique soul purpose.
No time for me.
No time for family and friends.
No time for travel.
No time to share my gifts with the world.
No time to do meaningful work
My reality check came when I realized that if I didn't have time to create a life I love, what did I have time for?

You came into this world with a purpose. Your life is an adventure with varying stages of discovery and awakening.
